THE CIRCUS
In August 2002 Lawson’s Circus paid its three yearly visit to the Village setting up on the Village Green. As usual, it was very popular and entertaining, especially with the younger children.
THE NEW RESIDENT
From mid July 2003, we had a resident seagull (or land gull) living on the village green. He or she was feeding there most days of the week until late Autumn, and then departed. Is still seen occasionally but does not stay for too long a period. Last time November 2004
